Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Delivery Times
Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 6 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–3 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10-14 business days (working days are Monday to Friday).
Tracking & Notifications
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our track your order page.
Shipping protection
Shipping protection can be entered during the purchase process. This guarantee protects your shipment against damage, loss of the parcel or theft.
This guarantee includes the shipment of a new order free of charge should any of these above-mentioned cases occur.
Without the shipping protection, we are not liable for any loss, damage or stolen items.
Additional Information:
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Luxelip© will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with LuxeLip© via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. Please note that if the package has already been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. The customer will have to wait for it to be delivered and then proceed with the return (see the returns policy).
