Refund & Return Policy

At LuxeLip, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned following the instructions provided by our support team
  • All required verification steps must be completed before return approval

This guarantee applies only when the product is used as intended and returned in accordance with this policy.


2. Return Approval & Verification

All return requests must be approved by LuxeLip Customer Care before any item is sent back.

Before a return is authorized, customers are required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and all included items
  • video showing the device powered on and functioning, along with all original contents (device, mouthpiece, packaging, accessories, manuals, travel bag if included)

Returns sent without prior approval or without completing the verification process will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return is approved:

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • LuxeLip does not cover return shipping, customs fees, or duties

Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured shipping method, as LuxeLip is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:

  • Damage caused by use, misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Missing components or incomplete returns
  • Items returned without authorization or outside the 90-day window
  • Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier (including delivery confirmation, photos, GPS, or signature)

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, LuxeLip cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and videos of the issue.

Manufacturing defects may be eligible for:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Alternative resolution at LuxeLip’s discretion

Damage occurring after delivery, including broken mouthpieces or physical impact damage, is not covered under the standard warranty.


6. Warranty Coverage

All LuxeLip devices include a standard limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

An extended 2-year warranty is available only if purchased at checkout.
If the extended warranty was not added to the original order, it does not apply retroactively.


7. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • It may take an additional 5–15 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method
  • Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact LuxeLip Customer Care before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued while a chargeback is under review.
All disputes are evaluated using delivery confirmation, tracking data, customer communication, and this policy.
